The First Thing Is, Like, Be a Trustworthy Person

A, starting with those first steps, i think it's the first, like thing. Know what's going on, build relationships and be a trustworthy person. Be willing to do collective action to get little, small victories. Do sleuthing and research how things actually work. And then support each other by showing up when your job is during these campaigns.
