The Future of Ukraine's Forces

Ukrainian forces can assimilate Western technology a lot faster and better than other militaries. But as the performance of new units showed early on in this campaign, you cannot short circuit actual training for unit cohesion. Having air power doesn't mean being able to attain air superiority at all. It is much harder to coordinate air land battle,. This coordinate air power with land power than it is just a coordinate land power. And the Ukrainian military struggles to coordinate land power at scale.
