Are We Winning or Losing?
I like to celebrate victories. We have a little bit of a tradition that we've built here at StackFi, where if we sign up more than three customers in a day, the whole team did a shot of fireball. And I think my point is I think there's a certain amount of transparency that helps. But at the end of the day, people want to know, are we winning or losing? Is our startup winning? Are we doing the right thing? Are we getting customers? Are we growing?
