I was very intrigued by the welcome video that you have on your course website. I see so often that if we don't start with coming to some shared definitions, we go right away to where there is disagreement and miss huge opportunities for learning. The key thing that I want to convey is that I'm human. I'm not scary. I care that they're successful, and that I'm available to them in whatever way they feel comfortable about a year and a half ago.
