Warren Buffett could leave this model coil or he could be here in 10 years time. People have been preparing for that for the last 20 years. The reason why he is able to run Berkshire out of a tiny little office in Omaha is because he is not a micro manager. He gets all the attention, of course, but that institution is chock full of very high caliber people.
