Donna Anderson jumped from the ninth floor to her desk in 1951. Johnny Perez, who was a 15 year old boy at the time, came into the hotel to rob it and ended up stabbing the front desk clerk 44 times before killing him. People still feel like they can sense Henry, the clerk, and the lobby. The water in the tub will just turn on and start filling by itself.
