Hawking Radiation
Hawking radiation is a strange thing that Hawking worked on because he was obsessed with this idea of entropy. If you form a black hole, you disrupt some of the quantum signatures that are going through space. And from the surface, you then could have some of that disrupted energy escaping as Hawking radiation. We should be able to observe it given what's known in gamma rays but we've never spotted anything like this so far.
