In many cases it's like somebody who's cleaning up or like refactoring some code and they've just made an improvement perhaps with some efficiency, he says. He adds that this gets all the way through the review process and testing and so on and so forth but if there are not enough eyes looking at the code then vulnerability can be exploited.
