Dan Plews is an Applied Exercise Physiologist and one of the most sought-after scientific minds regarding endurance sports on the planet. Dan completed his PhD in 2013 on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) with a thesis titled 'The Practical Applications of Heart Rate Variability'.
