How to Test a Relationship Before You Form a LLC

Ask about the other person's business and then start to poke holes. If they're all ready, like getting defensive about their own business or saying, "I have the best business ever" I think that's a huge telltale sign because if they're already building up this wall it may be hiding something. You want someone who's going to be open like, yeah, I'm actually really struggling to hire VA's. It's my fault. Or if you're able to ask them questions, they don't get defensive, things like that.
