i often find myself think, and that probably comes back to the years of the g g d practice, that i will relatively quickly find a way to to clarify the worry. And be really good at either throwing it out and then or otherwise try to find some small step that i could do to actually move forward. It might not impact ether the big thing or the actual reason behind the worry, but it will help me feel the sense of control that we all benefit from with megidity.
