Is It a Choice, or a Convenience?

With the clients I work with, I can categorize them in two camps. One camp involves adults in young persons like family members having to make an effort to facilitate considerations of the content. The other camp is where adults in their life tend to be largely absent or kind of take a more liberal approach. Little supervision, less guidance. Two approach has its own outcomes. But this is not going to change, right? I mean, we can't change the family environment. Some would very much like to have the money to buy whatever they want to do.
