How Do I Practice Framing the Deal?

A lot of the practice here is just basic project management. The same kind of things any engineer might be doing if they're like a tech lead or an engineering manager and trying to get stuff to happen. You probably would want to include that in your milestone, if the product, the POC will turn off at a certain point. In terms of the verbal talk track, practicing that really is practicing it with your colleagues internally initially.
