When mortgage interest traits go up half a %, the housing market has a major problem. This time we're looking at three whole percentage points increase in mortgage rates. And so that is a massive shock to the system. There are so many buyers out there who thought they were going to be able to buy a home and can't. The perfect houses are still selling just fine, but there aren't that many perfect houses in the market.
