How to Make Wine in Brazil Back in the 90s

In the 90s it was still possible to find land in Cótroti or Cornas. It was more intellectually for me and also practically was more challenging to go to Brazil where nobody was making wine. I was trained in Burgundy so limestone had a specific you know taste for me. So not realizing that Brazil was the only one of the very few limestone terroir in the northern run was kind of appealing.
