The Risocepala, the Female Cyprid
Risocepala is a barnacle that doesn't attach itself to the outside. It grows like tendrils out through the inside of the crab. The male cyprids are looking for the external, because on the external there are these two receptors. And the male latches on to one of the receptors, and it does the same thing as the male angler fish,. But it's even more extreme. He just becomes really a collection of a few different cells.
