Twitter is the most invincible UX resource or tool that I can recommend to listeners. If you're not feeling so inspired at your work, be fearless in volunteering yourself when someone asks for something. Just say yes first and then worry about embarrassing yourself later. Unless it's your own product, you're never going to love it 100%.
