The Universe Has the Aspect of Design

I agree with thati i actually do believe that the universe has the appearance of design. I believe that we don't have an explanation for why that is, any current existing good explanation for how it can come about. And so trying to explain it in terms of evolutionary theory makes a great deal of sense because that allows for testability. But i think there are other ways of testing that theory. The biggest puzzle is in my conjecture, or which isa same as smolin, that the univorse is actually learning. It turns out it's notnecessarily an easy question exactly.
