The Iri and Storm Light

There are many clues that tell us that the iri are from sell that they are probably elantrians which is fascinating and they have come up with this like contraption that can capture the power of a shard. They've built an entire like building fortress in the cognitive realm so i'm i don't know obviously but it kind of seems like they are existing there.
