Tribal territories do tend to hold their alliances within themselves. But if they're promised something, some territory, or some control, by a particular group, their loyalties will often shift to that group. So whilst people have tended to see the hooses as a try movement, they're not really. They're a political movement that's also rooted in religion, and tribes will be fluid. And it's the same in the south. Some tribes will have gone with the southern movement, then they will have went with the southern transitional council. Now some are going with the national salvation council. These are all very complicated frameworks, which which just show you how entrenched the problem is,.
