How to Find a Burr Deal

If your method for finding a Burr deal is hopping on the MLS and then buying it at the value that it's listed at, you won't be able to force enough appreciation. So in order to do that, you've got to be able to buy at a discount. You're going to have to learn how to buy off market deals. I think there's a lot of- Well, hold on, Henry, can he just clarify it by deeper? What does that mean exactly?

The BRRRR method just got served a devastating blow. With new financing rules and regulations, the “Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat” strategy could be coming to a close for rookie real estate investors.
