The newsletter model does hit a natural cap and scale. And if you're trying to do something bigger, you simply have no other choice than to try to incubate some sort of more substantial business beneath it. You certainly hit a maybe a ceiling unless you're Joe Rogan. Would early Kevin, like with a blog? No, because there's just no reason. It's just all, there's no master plan.
