How Much Does an Electric Vehicle Cost?
According to the Kelly Blue Book, the average price of a new electric vehicle is just over $66,000. The government really wants you to buy these electric vehicles so they are offering you incentives. But as PDB listeners will probably recall, the United States does very little mining for those metals and minerals inside the batteries. Instead, all that material is almost exclusively coming from Australia, Chile, the Congo and China.
