The Puzzle Box - I Did It to Myself?
Trevor and Riley find Serena's name in the puzzle box. They track her down to a nearby hospital where she I think has lung cancer because again, this is like six years later. She is clearly remorseful about things that she has done in her past. As she's being wheeled into an operating room, the building is shifting around herlike in front of windows. We'll see cement walls sliding and like the shape of the building changing which nobody else is noticing. And we hear a really heavy wheezing.
