When I stop doing dev tips and teaching code, I realized pretty quickly that I became obsolete very fast. So pause right there and then because of my recent like proximity to the stuff at work, like I'm working with AIs every day in doing my actual work. And I feel like an engineer again, I'm solving engineer problems and I'm doing it with a natural language but still feels the same. Like I'm thinking it through. I'm setting up functions. But it's through discussion with an AI. That is cool. Right. You can see them on YouTube now called prompt engineering or there's like, this going on. Even a job description you're seeing pop up on
In this supper club episode of Syntax, Wes and Scott talk with Travis Neilson about his work at Google, YouTube music, and where AI is at now, and where it’s headed in the future.
