Jack Carr didn't know anyone named Sam or Francis. He looked them up in the phone book because that happened back then. So he googled them and they came up and he called them. It was Sam and Francis Carr, the son of Sam, Sam Carr. The cars told Jack that their dog and their neighbor's German Shepherd had been shot. They said they thought that it was the Chubby Behemoth that had shot him. David Berkowitz is believed to have killed Judy Placido on June 26, 1977.
