Mentorship Is the Next Level Up

Coaching is the next level up in my view. I have a lot of people whom i've mentled previously, whom i now view as being their coach. They are getting to the same level as me, sometimes over in me. Instead of giving them direct actions on what to do, i give coaching questions to help them guide themselves. It's tup persons tat she's going to do what they want to do, if it is the right thing for them,. how they get there, how we measure it. And just be tha coaching hand to get them to where they want to go - without giving them direction of actions on how to get there. This takes a lot less
