How to Train for Maximum Heart Rate

So let's say someone doesn't necessarily have a heart rate monitor. What would that look like? Could they do like jumping jacks? Like, what's the type of really good, really good question? If anyone doesn't have and they're thinking like, how far in how hard should I be going? This should be aimed at you want to be let's just say you're on a treadmill. You want to be working to a point where you can feel it, but you can also have a conversation. That's when you're probably in zone two. And guess what? It's not hard. It's easy. Try and stick to three hours a week.
