Building a Carpentry Team
I'm a risk taker, but i want to build a product that the modern australian contemporary architecture is not here yet. I don't see its being here as like this super well celebrated ah architectural movement. A big part of me really wants to tak a risk with it and say, 'i want to build super modern on speck' And then from there, rebuilding our carpentry team. Will continue to have carpenters on staff now, just not as many as we had. We want to structure the management side of it to be successful with these larger projects.
