The Countervailing Force of Capitalism

Capitalism is in chaos. And part of that chaos, the decline of the US dominant order, is the rise of, of course, China. Now they have a competing big power. So the question comes, is the competing big power and its allies in theory, you know, these brick countries, is that a countervailing force to US power? That seems to be the thesis. I mean, certainly Brazil under Bolsonaro couldn't have been more collaborative with the United States even though China is Brazil's main trading partner.
