It's dangerous to just pull out one item and say, is this in or out? It really has to be evaluated within the larger contact. What if the person who earns 500 thousand dollars brings in 300 million? It's a big difference. And do you ever do this vetting in person? Never go to this organization that's half way across the world. We have done that. But i would never come to you and say, they're out, or, yes, they're in. Got to be a lot wiser about how you evaluate that.
