Blauchour was never an academic. He wasn't a professor. He never held any university position. But he did write long reviews, several thousand words, and then revise them so they would go into books. And interestingly for him, it's in the experience of writing that determines his politics. So writing, he thinks this kind of intransitive writing we find in Kafka, in Beckett, in Blauchour himself, leads to a kind of dispersal That becomes the model for him of how community should be.
