The Importance of Calibration in Forecasting
Johnny: calibration is this process where a lot of the effort lies right. It's kind of an interesting I suppose aspect that is maybe not quite so well understood from external perspective which is how do you go from these theoretical academic relationships to something that really reflects how the market behaves? Johnny: We're using for both kind of the forecasting and the building understanding aspects but also very much a scenario analysis plays a big role in what we do.
