When I walked in morale at corporate was terrible. At the same time, you had a bunch of people underneath maybe the top layer that wanted to do a great job. And they were incredibly talented. Some are a bit of a Maoist? Fish rot from the head. But underneath that, you had unbelievable passion and talent at the company. It was all about mobilizing this talent in pursuit of the turnaround plan.
