I hate mindfulness. That just disgusts me, I have to separate Western mindfulness, which is really bad. And Eastern mindfulness, which I don't think we could probably in the Western understand all that much. So it's like, it's all very well and good being mindful and letting things go but where are you letting them go from? This notion of the self. What does Blake do? Like, as we've said, this sort of river that we're all in, the modern moment of the self, the ego, the cold, hard iron cage of, yeah, a favor as well. We could probably stay with that and see what Blake's appreciation of it.
