The Next Big Thing for REO's?

I also have a team Facebook page, so that's helped a lot. So people post when they need help with showing, we post new properties and it really helps with the culture as well. My goal this year is to obtain some new builder contacts and work with them to help them market their properties. I always take a listing with the goal in mind that it's going to obtain new buyer leads for the team. It's going to obtaining new listing opportunities. And we really just try and market everything to the fullest extent to obtain new business. We're doing a lot of marketing and follow up campaigns on each listing.
