The Ten Commandments of Moses

The opening chapters of Exodus end with a marriage and the birth of a son. Jim Boulden: I often think about how you say that Moses is a master, you know, this is a literary masterpiece. And it just does feel that way when you read the last few verses of Exodus chapter two. He says we can see God's compassion and God's heart for the weak in this beautiful description of him hearing the groaning of the people of Israel.
