The Pros and Cons of Renting Equipment
Mills: I would be flabbergasted if there is anything that justifies this business selling for 10 times a half a million dollars of cash flow. He says he doesn't think it probably does because sellers never do, though you do have to imagine tents,. There are canvas and some steel and some stakes and you have some hammers. Mills: It's not the most rapidly depreciating stuff. So you got to like that. But I think I like the ability to potentially buy the property.
