EPCRS - I Did a Mistake, but Give Me Immunity
There's a good thing that was in there on prohibited transactions, which is something called employee correction retirement and employee compliance retirement system. Now if there's an issue with your IRA, you can actually go to this EPCRS system at the DOL and say, hey, I'm going to fix this. So they're finally putting some framework in to help people with IRAs that make mistakes long overdue.
