Church of the Highlands - Is Yours a Bad System?

Most churches have a vision to reach lost people, but they haven't created anything that lost people are attracted to. How do you keep your systems nimble? Like i'm sure some stuff that was working five years ago probably is showing diminishing returns ut. Can you share some ke matrics that you're really, i know the big four, but what would be an example of some warning signs where you're not sure this s going to work any more?
