When I exercise, particularly like if I'm playing tennis, it's almost like this cleanse of the same focus, but without the medicine. It's such a great feeling. And of course, the benefit, the added benefits of the exercise itself. We know that this thing is going to make us feel better. So why don't we do it when we're supposed to do it? Talk about how it makes you feel better.
