There's something I'm fascinated about for 100% or most almost 100% smoked mold beer. There's not a rough intensity to the smoke character here. It's a you know it's a process of natural selection right and apparently the smoke is a dominant trait that tends to override and overpower those other. You know American brewers in particular when they're brewing smoked beer are nervous about smoking more components than necessary.
