Building a Culture of Trust and Care

Leaders need to build trust by listening and creating a well informed work force, says Rilli. Leaders should invite their people in to talk about the "brutal facts" of what's going on at work for them to be able to take action if they can't do so. Listen is not personalizing some giving somebody hard time; it's literally sharing what’s going on for them,. To create psychological health and safety, i'd really start helping team leaders become brilliant managers.
