The Importance of Enjoying Your Food

I went through the entire book because I knew you were coming and I just wanted to make sure that I had seen all the stuff. Truthfully, I always get books in advance. And I completely agree. It's not fake healthy. Do you know what I mean? Sometimes people will say this is, it'll be super healthy and it's like, well, my kids are never going to eat this or it'll be something that's saying that it's healthy and thoughtful, but it's really not. Like there were so many recipes that I was like, we will actually make and we made two. Ultimately, I just think you should enjoy your food.
