i think one thing that might be helpful to get your perspective on is, how can a company set up the agency for success in understanding what's going on within the company? And then at really, in an agile way, think about what levels is doing. That takes a lot of sort of engagement and integration. This is a creative industry, and we are not in control of what somebody actually writes. It's often not going to come out exactly. In fact, very rarely will it come out exactly the way you want it to. But those two things will sift out a lot of fakers. I do know why it's because most people don't, theyd never share that
