SwiftUI: A Framework for Serviceable Parts
SwiftUI can get there as long as the people making it have that philosophy. Great frameworks, great APIs are you can use them at whatever level you want to use them and every level is designed. It's just like NSVue is part of AppKit and so is NSTableView. They are different levels in the hierarchy. SwiftUI needs that as well.
