The Learning Process Is Breaking It Down Into Component Parts

As we get more skilled, meaning as we make fewer and fewer errors per a given session, per unit time, that's when attention can migrate from one feature to another. But until we've mastered the corps motor movements, which has done session to session, that seems to be sub optimal. And so what we're doing is we're breaking things down into their component parts. So maybe i serve the tennis ball, and i'm focusing on where the ball lands, then i'm focusing on the speed, then i’m focusing on my than i'm focussing on my stants from trial to trial.
