Lewis's Idea of Prayer

Prayer is a relational thing, in which it's natural for you to bring your burdens to god and offer them to him. The book says that uncle andrew disliked the song very much because it made him think and feel things that he didn't want to feel. And what a lewis seems to be saying is, even those who are disinclined to believe in god or take faith seriously, can still not help being moved by the beauty of nature. So i think there's a hint of recognition that a lot of people would never admit it, but they're drawn to the deeper meaning of our world than ourselves.
