How to Reduce Your 500 Time

Getting in the pool at least three times a week really will help your aerobic base. Work on her building her speed so she can reduce her 500 time. Sarah D is asking, I'm a regular swimmer and lap my shoulders and lats too easily. How do you kind of take care of that upper body outside of the pool? You don't have to do a lot, but some basic Pilates or pilates could hurt me.
