Is Melatonin Helping With Jet Lag?

Melatonin has been shown to be good at helping shift your circadian rhythm, right? So the way in which we do it when people have jet lag is we recommend that you basically take a really low dose of melatonin. And so this is around like 0.5 milligrams, which is generally much lower than you would see at like your convenience store or health food store. It will absolutely accelerate the process of helping you shift in the context of jet lag.
